Optical transmitter TR-901 SIGNAL PRO is used to distribute RTV/SAT signals in community and building installations, converting DVB-S/S2 signals from two satellite positions (full SAT IF band: VL/VH/HL/HH for each position from QUAD/QUATRO converters) and DVB-T2/FM/DAB+ to transmission in single-mode fiber. The WDM technique used allows all signals to be transmitted on a single fiber using eight wavelengths (1330/1350/1370/1390/1510/1530/1550/1570 nm), and the SC/APC optical output of 8× +5 dBm allows the signal to be split to 16 receiving points (e.g., QUATRO REC-109). A AGC circuit stabilizes the signal level, and LEDs on the chassis facilitate configuration and ongoing diagnostics of the circuit.
