The TERM-GLUE/120 thermally conductive adhesive is used to fix radiators placed e.g. on memory chips, transistors and bridges. Thanks to the use of glue, excellent heat conduction parameters are obtained. The product can also be used to join heating elements or fill gaps between them.
Depending on the thickness of the applied layer, the complete drying of the adhesive takes from approx. 24 to 48 hours.
