The WS-8901U one-channel modulator is a multi-functional device, which modulates HDMI/CVBS audio/video input signals into DVB-T COFDM standard. The H.264 compression and maximum bitrate of 20 Mbit/s provide high image quality .
The signal source can be for example: multimedia players, DVRs, Blu-ray players, PCs, or STB receivers. The modulator can distribute high quality content in the form of DVB-T multiplex via typical RF coaxial cable used in antenna and CCTV systems. Using the modulator enables distribution of HD signal to many receivers, for example in an electronics stores, where an HDMI -> DVB-T modulators are a great alternative to splitters and tens of HDMI cables. The device introduces a delay of about 2 seconds.
